fixture: this repository's own sacrificial demo bot, audited against itself. No
client-consented and no public-probe target was run. The harness executes the battery only against
targets a person has added to the allowlist file in the repository.

The gate was exercised on this build. The harness was pointed at
unallowlisted-dummy-target, a target that is not on the allowlist, and printed
